Vladimir Zah, DPhil, brings more than 20 years of Health Economics technology and business experience. Since 2000, in various roles as Health Economist, Project Manager and Chief Investigator, Vlad has implemented more than 150 health economic models and assessments in the phase 2 and 4 settings across various disease areas for top 20 global pharmaceutical companies.

His PhD research on early vs. late HIV detection in the United Kingdom contributed to revisions in HIV early detection policies made by the UK Parliament in 2011.

He co-founded the Serbian Chapter of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) in 2007 and served as President of that chapter until 2012. Vlad is an active member of various ISPOR special interest groups (SIG) and was ISPOR Central East Europe Consortium Executive Committee Chair 2015-2017.

Filip Staničič PhD(c), MSc, is a Senior Partner at ZRx Outcomes Research Inc. Filip is responsible for extracting quantitative and qualitative data from healthcare databases and published sources of evidence.
Furthermore, his tasks include defining future research questions, planning and executing data analyses within the scope of real-world evidence. Filip is currently focused on the research in addiction, opioid dependence, pain management and medical devices decision modeling, in which he employs the evidence derived from complex insurance claims and EHR databases to improve medical decision making

Filip earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade.

Dimitrije Grbic PhD(c), MSc, is HEOR Senior Analyst at ZRx Outcomes Research. He is in final stage of receiving PhD from the Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Kragujevac.
His doctoral thesis focused on decision modeling in Medicine

Dimitrije earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade.
Dimitrije joined ZRx in 2019 as Junior HEOR analyst. Since then, he has authored 40+ publications

His current research focus is on evidence synthesis, meta-analysis, real world data analytics (healthcare insurance claims and EHR), as well as decision-analytic modeling across various disease areas for digital health, pharma and medical devices
