Vladimir Zah, DPhil, brings more than 15 years of Health Economics technology and business experience. Since 2000, in various roles as Health Economist, Project Manager and Chief Investigator, Vlad has implemented more than 150 health economic models and assessments in the phase 2 and 4 settings across various disease areas for top 20 global pharmaceutical companies.
His PhD research on early vs. late HIV detection in the United Kingdom contributed to revisions in HIV early detection policies made by the UK Parliament in 2011.
He co-founded the Serbian Chapter of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) in 2007 and served as President of that chapter until 2012. Vlad is an active member of various ISPOR special interest groups (SIG) and is ISPOR Central East Europe Executive Committee Chair 2015-2017.
Ivana is a Software Development Specialist, with over 15 years of experience in different areas of IT. She started her career in the automotive industry, where she worked on business applications development and corporate IT training programs.
In 2005 Ivana joined ZRx Outcomes Research. From Intermediate Programmer, Senior Programmer, Programmer Analyst, to Project and Production Manager, over the years she gained experience in various business segments within the company. She was involved in over 100 projects, including products that she managed successfully.
Ivana is also a certified Life and Business Coach and NLP Master and she uses her skills to support development teams and manage projects.
Đurđa Vukićević PhD(c), MD, MSc is a HEOR Department Manager at ZRx Outcomes Research. She is a doctoral candidate at the Institute of Public Health, Medical Decision Making and Health Technology Assessment, at University for Health Sciences, Medical Informatics and Technology in Hall i.T., Austria. Her doctoral thesis focuses on personalized treatment in the field of hematologic malignancies.
Đurđa Vukićević graduated from the Medical Faculty, University of Novi Sad, Serbia in 2011 by defending a Master Thesis in the field of clinical research. Until 2014, she has been working as a Junior Scientist at the Medical Faculty of Novi Sad.
Her current research focus is on evidence synthesis, meta-analysis and decision-analytic modeling in various medical fields.
Radojica Čingelić is a Software Development Manager at ZRx Outcomes Research, coordinating activities related to interactive software development.
As a senior software developer, with nearly a decade of IT experience, he successfully worked on complex projects and health economic models.
He is now leading teams in development and implementation of new technologies.
Martina Imro, MSc, is a Real World Data Manager at ZRx Outcomes Research. Martina is responsible for extracting quantitative and qualitative data from healthcare databases and published sources of evidence. Furthermore, her tasks include defining future research questions, planning and executing data analyses within the scope of real-world evidence. Martina’s current research is focused on the field of addiction, in which she employs the evidence derived from complex databases to improve medical decision making.
Martina earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the Department of Medical Biochemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Belgrade. During her studies, she was a member of a scientific research team at the Institute of Medical Biochemistry, and was actively involved in its research activities and results presentation, as well as in the process of writing scientific articles.
Radivoje Lešnjak is a Software Development Manager, leading and overseeing the development of interactive software and digital media content.
He started his career in ZRx Outcomes Research in 2008. Working as a developer for different platforms, he gained extensive experience developing interactive health economic models and large scale software projects.
Today, he continues to lead teams in successful design and development of various projects.
